They really don't care about residents, and when there were 3 breakins in the past 6 months, all they did was finally keep the gates closed and put arms on them to keep everyone from coming in the complex. AW also doesn't do a good job at ensuring the amenities are for residents ONLY. FREQUENTLY there have been kids that live in nearby houses or duplexes that come to the pool or use the amenities we pay for. Also, they are horrible at fixing maintenance problems in a fast manner. I had a problem that it took them a week to fix, in actuality the problem sat there until they finally came to fix it a week later and at that, it only took 30 minutes to fix, and they blamed the length of time on the outside company. Also I've had a problem with noisy neighbors, and the "noise complaint" service they provide NEVER did anything about it. Only when we directly called the local police did the problem get solved. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
