Where to start...I'm a second year resident of Abbey West, and regret my decision on signing on a daily basis! The previous year management was more then accommodating on any needs that arose, far more then I can say for now. From the beginning of my lease there has been nothing but problems. The dryer doesn??t work properly, our neighbors blast music that shakes the walls hourly, and throughout all our complaints to management NOTHING has been resolved. The only thing they seem to do is send fines out for miscellaneous items that they are unable to clarify to us! The staff violates our privacy and has left me feeling violated on numerous occasions. They come into the apartment unannounced and have even locked rooms with our possessions in them without our consent. My roommates signed six-month leases and abbey west even had the audacity to "lose" these and claim they never existed. If you like living in a place where money is the bottom line and a lie is a dime a dozen then THIS IS YOUR KINDA PLACE!
