the apartments themselves are nice, but i definitely regret living here. i had heard there were some problems with management but there was new managment this year so I figured Id give it a try but i was very wrong. everyone that works there is an idiot. if you call about a problem (which you will have on a regular basis) dont expect them to do anything or know anything. theres alot of things they dont tell you about before you move in, such as the problem with the gates... my guess is that they have some stupid deal with charter to get people to sign up for phone connections, because unless you have a land line/ local 706 number, your guest cant call you from the gate. and there are many things they give you false impressions about. I was specifically told on more than one occasion that there was free wireless internet.. then when i moved in they "clarified" that it was only in the clubhouse. the walls are pretty thin because i always here people outisde my window at 3am.
