Managers should have better interpersonal skills -- or some at all

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
When residents need assistance, one would expect that the office staff would at least pretend that they care. I've lived here for two years and have never needed assistance. I do now but my request for help was brushed aside. The manager was curt, unconcerned, and condescending. I will not renew nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
