I must say that every year I live here JUST GETS BETTER!!!!! I moved into Abbey West my sophomore year. . . Could not WAIT to get out of the dorms! I admit I was a little nervous at first. This site seems to having nothing positive. . . but the management continues to update and upgrade. New gym equipment, new paint, new INDESTRUCTABLE gate arms! The first two years I was here I got to renew at my same rate and I got to transfer to a better apartment. This year, they actually lowered my rent! I referred two of my roommates and actually got money off my rent. I did have a very slight issue with a roommate that was matched in, but the office staff seemed sympathetic and got the issue taken care of right away. My little brother is moving to Athens for school this year and I made sure I got him signed up!

Yeah, this FABULOUS review was done by one of the kids in the office. Ive seen them do this before. There MIGHT be a chance you can renew at the same rate if you renew 6 MONTHS in advance like they push you to do. This place is a joke...
