I moved in on August 10th, 2008 and have enjoyed EVERY minute of it! Anything we've needed, the staff have gone above and beyond to take care of ASAP! For all of the people complaining about the staff..if you have an issue, try being nice about it and ask tactifully how it can be fixed. Going in and biting the staff's heads off because something isn't working won't get you anywhere..for that matter I wouldn't blame them for holdoing out on you for being an a$$ for no reason. We love it here, and recommend it to ANYONE who wants to live in one of the nicest apartment complexes in Athens! If you don't believe me, go check out the east side of town!

It is so obvious that this (anonymous) review is posted by the staff. Look at some of the older reviews and you can pick them out. This is a place for kids that's run by kids. If you want to live where the resident is always inferior and good assistance is based on good hair days, apply here. The only way this plays stays afloat is because its located in a college town.

Agreed! I have been in the apartment industry for 8 years.... you can totally pick out when the staff writes the review. Sad that they don't have enough people happy with thier community that they have to go in a write thier own review. I visited AW as a secret shopper and if I had been the property owner or management company's ceo... everyone would have been fired. I WASN'T EVEN GREATED!! I had to peak into an office around the corner to get someone's attention! Then, I asked for a tour and was just told "go look around"... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? This place is a joke. There are deffinately BETTER places in Athens for an awesome student living experience.
