I moved in to Beechwood Pines and loved it. I lived there for a year, and the only reason I left was because I moved to Atlanta. It was a safe, quiet, wonderful place to live. I lived alone and never felt unsafe. The intrusion alarms are great. Monica and Sally, the office staff, were always great to work with. If you move to Athens and don't want to deal with drunk college students and frat parties, move to Beechwood Pines. It is WELL worth the money!!
