You are basically living in a parking lot surrounded by strip malls and there is little greenery. The complex is fairly quiet but you must get a top floor apartment because the noise and vibrations that come from upstairs neighbors is considerable. It's hard to get a parking spot near the stairs, so you are always lugging groceries a long way. The management used to be very friendly and helpful, but they left and the new people aren't particularly nice. Overall, there are much better choices in Athens.
