These apartments are too expensive to be located in such an unsafe area. while i lived there, there was a problem with car break-ins, and a guy was murdered a few years ago. (Of course, I didnt know that when I moved in.) Just a few days ago, a woman was held at knife point in the Borders parking lot next door. just not a good area.
