I've lived here for 4 years. Every year when my lease is up, I try to move, but just can't do it. The rent is higher than most places, but other places are missing things that Beechwood offers that you msy not think of. Some places take pets, but then won't have pet clean-up stations everywhere like Beechwood has. I found places where the apartments were similar space wise and also just as new, but management wasn't on site. The location is as good, if not better, than most apartments anywhere in Athens. Management and maintenance are outstanding. My ac quit working late Sunday evening about 2 weeks ago, I left a message at 1:30 in the morning, and it was fixed when I cam home from work/school the next afternoon. I was excited and my dog was even more so. It's a very pet friendly place, so if you don't like dogs or cats, it's not the place to live.
