While the location is close to campus, there are a bunch of frat and sorority houses directly behind these apartments. This means that on gamedays, or any weekend, the stereos begin early and shut down late at a volume that will shake your windows and make it annoying, at best, to watch tv, to read a book, or to think. The apartments were nice, but reserve a second floor apt. so you don't hear your upstairs neighbor's every move. My neighbors were not very friendly, but that is neither here nor there. No move-in walk-through, which I payed for later after being reassured that it was no problem. Charged for not cleaning things that were broken and in need of replacement/dangerous (oven/stove) and normal wear-and-tear (would've had to replace grout to clean it). There are cheaper, better, quieter places in town. Pay the cheap parking fee on campus and move to a quieter place. Oh, people will either leave laundry in machines for days or throw yours around seconds after the cycle finishes, if you find this annoying. Parking is marked but not always respected.
