This week Bloomfield Terrace apartments sent out a letter saying that football season was approaching and that they would be assigning parking spaces. That's all fine and dandy until I find out there is only 1 parking pass issued for a 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT!! The lady tells me "well, one person will just have to park in the street" - which is typically filled by 8AM b/c students park there to ride the bus to class. Still not much of a big deal - I mention that there are 2 unmarked spots and 2 UNRENTED apartments, and want to see if I would be able to temporarily get a pass to park in a vacant apartment - the answer was again stated rudely "no - i can't give you another pass..." So then she proceeds to tell me that if I don't park in my ONE spot that I will potentially get towed - and I would have to pay for it b/c I don't have a parking pass!'!

Wow - what a poorly managed situation and terrible service. For a complex that is typically rented out by older married couples, grad students, and families, you would think they would treat there tenants like adults, rather than children. Who leases out a 2 BR apartment and doesn't issue more than one parking pass - absolutely ridiculous.
