Only 10 minutes from campus via highway (adhering to speed-limit).

Cozy.

Quiet.

Huge bedrooms.

Great residential service.

Whenever there's a problem, I would call the office in the morning, and they would get it done by evening.

Walmart is just 1 minute away.

Rent is cheaper than any 4br apartment around Riverbend Pkway and Polo Club.

What more could you ask more'
