This is a good choice for grad students who want to keep things relatively simple.

Large apartments, very reasonable rent.

The maintenance is very good, any problems are usually fixed within 24 hours.

Pest control comes regularly and I haven't had any bug issues.

5-10 minutes to campus usually.

Fixtures and whatnot are ordinary, but they're modern and well kept.

Tenants seem to be mostly working class folks with a fair number of grad students.

Everyone I've met has been very nice (my neighbors are great), and people are pretty low key.

The complex feels safe, and despite the shabby appearance of some of Lexington, the grounds are well kept.

If you want to live around other college kids, this won't be the place.

But if you do most of your social activity away from home and want your apartment to be as nice as the stuff you put in it, this is probably the best value in Athens.
