This place earns its rating not because it's a trendy up to date complex with all the best trimmings but because they get all those simple things correct that other management companies seem to find so difficult.

The staff is friendly and well mannered. They don't bother you to death about small things and for the most part stay out of your business unless you cause serious trouble or violate the rules they clearly laid out in the beginning. I haven't had many maintenance issues but I have heard nothing but good things.

The grounds are well taken care of and look decent. The pool/gym areas are modest at best, but if you are serious about keeping in shape you can find a way to make use of the mutli-weight machine and treadmill or stairclimber. The pool is a nice place to lay out if nothing else... not a really big social scene unless you are a couple of young parents.

The apartments themselves are nothing amazing. The walls aren't too bad for sound and stuff, but the apartments don't really have anything fancy too them. If you get a one bedroom, I hope you don't need much storage because the one bedrooms are really 3 bedrooms townhouses with the upstairs walled off... and the upstairs is were all the storage is other than your small bedroom closet.

Not really much else to say about it - it's pretty quiet around here which is a good thing for some people. Don't come here if you are an undergrad looking to party - you wont find what you are looking for. Great for grad students looking for a place they can concentrate and who don't need random strangers for social connections.
