Living in a college town you would think you'd be around friendly and inviting people...too bad that was not the case for me...I got stuck living above a single mother who would complain about my TV (at normal volume) and the management would get mad if I sat on my deck and talked on the phone before dark...Something was seriously wrong!! The manager was a young twenty-something girl who thought she was god's gift to the world....It took going above her head before I could be respected as a paying renter...Absurd!! I was not a loud or inconsiderate renter yet was treating as if I was hosting keg parties on a weekday at 4 am....there was no privacy (manager would literally keep up with who I had over at my apartment-creepy)...just not the place to be at in Athens...there are much nicer places to live!

I totally concur.... my worst apartment experience in athens, period.

You can get stuck living in a crappy situation anywhere...trust me I lived next to mormons at high ridge and all they did was complain about our t.v. Not the managements fault. You will not find any "much nicer places to live" for the same price. If so please inform us of your magnificent findings.... people just love to complain complain complain. Whaaa whaa whaa.

Are you crazy! This place is the worst! I would rather live in a shack built of wet turds. I cant wait till my nightmare is over here and I can move out! Cambridge is ran by trolls.
