This place is very quiet and low priced. Its close to wal-mart and many food places. Beware though, most of the people who live here are permanent residents. They are very picky about who stays. If you want to throw parties, stay up late and be loud or do drugs this isn't the place for you. The management keeps a close eye on everyone and can be hard to warm up to if you're young. The grounds are great, the buildings are old but the grounds keepers will fix anything very quickly. This is the best place for someone who is finishing college or grad student.
