I think it is crazy how people write reviews on this site. Some things are true and other things are crazy. If you just pay attention to what people say then you can tell that they were in the wrong and now they feel harmed because of what they did wrong. I must say that when someone complains that they didn't get a deposit back, it is probably because they are filthy or damaged the carpet. Cambridge only requires a 60 day notice. Maybe someone didn't read their lease. My apartment is clean because I CLEAN IT. I don't expect someone to clean my apartment for me. I do get notices that I can pay my rent early and get a chance to get money off my rent. Why would someone want you to pay rent early to pay bills and then give you money. That is the most stupid thing I have heard of. I have lived here for 3 years and they painted the outside in 2006. I don't really think of that as a major renovation and if bills are behind for 2006 then they would be in court. I am friends with the office staff and the maintenance guys are great. Alot of the problems with people are that they don't tell the office their problems. Those guys are not mind readers. Speaking from someone that knows.... All you have to do is tell the girls what you want or need and then GIVE THEM THE CHANCE TO FIX IT, before you start to complain.
