I lived here for 9 months and only moved because I had to move to a different city for my job. Yes, the buildings are old, but they're kept up well, and I never had a problem with bugs or pests, which was a surprise to me as I'm new to the South and had heard lots of horror stories. Management was always helpful, as was maintenance. Plus I had my security deposit refunded without even having to ask about it, and that's a first for me.

Overall a great place!
