The apartments are not too up to date,the fuse box is old,windows dont work,you can hear the people up stairs talk,and do other things,loud music in parking lot at odd times of the night,dogs barking,hot water dont work half the time,phone lines are really bad if it rains you cant call anyone without lines getting crossed with other lines, you can join in on others phone calls but no one can call you.maintenance well some times they come and sometimes months from now theyll come see what your problem is,there are no lights in parking area,no playgrounds for children,we have bugs they dont come spary pest control when they say they will every 3 months i still havent seen them yet,they do have red ants outside the apartment and inside the apartment,stoves,refirgiators are old and need lots of work,the place looked clean when we looked at it but once we moved in we noticed the kitchen hasnt been cleaned it smells of mildow and we still cant find where in the kitchen its coming from. this place maybe ok for students but not families.i really dont feel safe here. The property has been taken over by new management. Pest control come out once a week. The maintenance staff is 24hrs. There is lighting for the parking looks. ALl the appliances are new. ALso we have two police officers that live on site.
