Roommate wrote a review and so I will too. If you live here be prepared to smell Chinese Food all the time. That will either make you sick or make want an egg roll. I lived in Player's Club and it was about the same except I've not seen any parties here or keggers. What was up with the Pool' Open next week to it ain't gonna happen this season' Anyway.. rent is cheap and the walls aren't too thin... but could someone pick up the trash better in the laundry room and walk ways'''' I guess if you want to live here you can... you can always pay 300 or 400 a room in other places and get screwed if someone moves out suddenly... I'm sure other cheap places are in town so it's just part of college find a cheap place and deal with it... but what is up with the 70's stoves'

All of the appliances have been changed and are new. There is not trash and it is very clean. The new managment is making the place very nice.
