I lived in Chateau Club from May 2004 to May 2006. During this time the management company changed 3 times. It was always impossible to get maintenance out to fix things. The hot water heater in the apartment above mine busted 3 times and each time damaged the ceiling, walls, and carpet. The apartment was outdated. The roaches were horrible. The management companies were hard to work with, each one having it's different sets of rules, etc. I don't recommend this place. Yes, it's cheap, but it's not worth that either.

The managment company now is easy to work with and has an office onsite. We have 24 hour maintenance that is out within the hour or at the latest the next day. All of the apartments have been updated. Pest control comes out once a week and we do not have a bug problem.
