I live at the Chateau Club for three years. I had my problems with the place, but I got what I paid for. Sure the grounds were not great, but they were well kept. I had some maintinace issues (the place was build in the 60's), but they were taken care of as soon as I reported them. By no means is this a great apartment complex, but it isn't bad. If you want more you're going to have to pay for more.

The landscaping is being redone. The maintenance is 24 hours.
