This place is now called Arbor Ridge Apartments. From the rest of these reviews, the name seems to be the only thing that changed. Maintenance still sucks. Every time we need something done, we have to call multiple times... then it still doesn't get done.

Management seems really nice and friendly when you first move in, but that's where it stops. They never let us know when a package comes for us, we have to ask them.

To top it all off, our apartment was recently broken into. The maintenance guy was kind enough to get out of bed to fix the door. He also let us know that he left a message with management. It's been a few days and we have yet to receive a call from them asking if everything is okay or offer any sort of condolences let alone assistance.

Don't come here! We won't be here much longer.

Fedex and UPS should be posting a tag on the door saying that they came by.

When I signed the lease, I was told that I would also be informed by management if a package was left for me in the leasing office.
