I lived at College Park for one hellacious year and that was enough... the roommate they placed with me and my 2 female friends was horrible-- she was rude and did not share any of our living habits (as the management "promises" to match personalities for you) and the first week we moved in we had a flood because the float mechanism on the POS they called a washing machine (which you pay for in the rent!) broke. Our apartment smelled horrible all year and the management kept making fake promises about getting our carpet cleaned. Maintenance is OK... as long as you don't mind waiting 1-2 weeks for them to show up to fix something. They also forget to mention the problem with ladybug and SCORPION infestations "every" spring (seemed nonchalant when we told management we'd almost been bitten by scorpions). Noise is a problem too but so it is in any college apartment complex. OVERALL, spend your loan or parent's money more wisely and live elsewhere-- this place sucks!!!! (I moved to Oak Park by Hancock Properties and, no joke, they're great!!!)
