i cannot believe anyone ever liked this place

I have been completely unsatisfied with the time I have spent living in College Park.
It is a completely disgusting place.
I have come to believe that it is a breeding ground for the largest roaches ever.
It is completely dirty and gross.
The appliances are old and worn out.
The furniture is ugly, dirty, and sometimes broken.
The office staff is almost completely incompetent.
I do not know a single resident that hasn't had some sort of problem dealing with the office staff.
Also, the maintenance staff is completely absurd.
We got new flooring last summer, and the people they contracted to install it had to have been picked up off the street.
They ate our food in the fridge and did a terrible job.
It is evident that the management is trying to cut a few corners to save a buck or two at the expense of the residents.
