When I first looked at College Park, I thought it was a great deal. Rent was only 370 which included power, water, "high speed internet", a cable box, and trash. It sounds nice, right' WRONG. When we moved in, the appliances in our kitchen were completely different from the ones in the model. They were basically from the 1970s. Our apartment had a cockroach infestation for two months when we moved in. The apartment had not been cleaned at all, even though we paid a deposit. The staff claimed the previous residents had moved out late. And this high speed internet they advertise never works, and they don't do anything about it. The office staff is rude and basically useless. I can hear my upstairs neighbors having sex, I can the alarm clock from the adjacent room, and I don't even remember the last time I had a good nights sleep. So even though it sounds nice, I suggest you keep looking.
