Safety bad, Peeping toms!!!

Let me tell you this, I have been through hell and back with this place, I am scared to live in my own apartment. Apparently there is a peeping tom(s) around here, so here is fair warning ladies. I guess the staff here have already heard many cases of this happening, because they don't seem to do much about it. So here you are, what more is there to say'
