If anyone has read any other apartment communities reviews on this website then i guess every apartment in athens has crappy management, nasty apartments, and bugs. All of these reviews are people's opinions and its seems that most people dont look to write stuff unless they have something to complain about. I feel College Park is safe and has fairly good prices.
