Okay...honestly...this isn't the BEST place, but it isn't the WORST place ever. When I moved in, we still had the old management...my apartment wasn't cleaned, there was food in the oven still, and one of the tubs had standing water and a dead roach floating in it. All the chairs were broken, and there was (and probably still is) mold around the living room windows). Then the lady in the office tried to convince me that they had painted, which they didn't, and tried to give me a free pizza to compensate for it. Whatever. They said that they would clean it, and never did. My roomies and I cleaned the whole place top to bottom. The washer leaked, and dryer sounded like a flock of geese in our living room. Called a MILLION times to fix it it, and they would come out and look at it and leave -- but not fix it.

When the new management got us a new washer and dryer within weeks of them being here, but our toilet is still jacked. Um, what else' The internet SUCKS ass! It's always in and out, and sometimes I will be able to get it, while my roomies won't. Someone created a adhoc connection which is sucking all the wireless, and the new managment responded with a "Oh yeah' Okay, cool." NO, not cool.

They upped the rent...why' I don't know...it's not worth over $400 p/month. You'd think with the money they are already getting from overcharged rent that they could upgrade all the apartments....

Oh...and the appliances...yeah....the oven gets SO hot that I swear one day my unit is going to catch fire. The microwave (which is "new") has a couple of broken buttons ('). And the heater sucks and we have been overcharged each month we've used it. And that is with it at 68* in here! Absolutely ridiculous.

The walls are thin and NOT insulated at ALL! You can hear the people above you having sex...you can even hear them using the bathroom (gross, I know, but it's true)...and I think that there are mice because there is scratching in the walls...

Main point, I am not renewing my lease. And if you move here, do it at your own risk.

Oh yeah...the model that they are going to show you....yeah...it looks nothing like the real apartments....just so you know. You are better off knocking on a random persons door to see what they really look like...
