This place absolutely sucks. The furniture is hideous and looks like it belongs in a cheap hotel. (NOT what they show in the model!) The kitchen is tiny, even for an apt. and the appliances are EXTREMELY OLD. (You can barely put a pizza in the oven b/c the stove is so small. The microwave is so ancient that the plate doesn't spin. The washer and dryer will not hold more than two day's worth of clothes.) Mngment is horrible, inventing charges and then letting some ppl off, but not others for no apparent reason. If you have any kind of maintenence problem, even an emergency one, you might as well hire someone to fix it yourself, b/c you will NEVER see the maintenence ppl unless they're just talking to you and doing nothing in your apt. (Don't knock, btw.) The pool is absolutely disgusting, and the walls are paper thin. WHATEVER YOU DO, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not even worth the 380 I paid a month (cheap, right') and they're raising the rent!

I completely agree. Couldn't have said it better myself. Some people have to be stupid to pay over $400 a month to live here!
