After the change of the management the rent is now at $320, Utilities included, fully Furnished and free High Speed Internet.
The old management really screwed up this place and got lots of residents out. but I am sure there is no better place for this price with all the services in this town, since all the cheaper places are small, ugly and uncomfortable.
