It is too expense, the walls are paper thin. I can hear EVERYTHING that goes on across my apartment, outside, and at my neihbors apartments. Plus the layout gives no room for privacy(You better love seeing your roomates face 24/7). It has a nice pool, but considering you can only really use it a few months out of the year, and most of the people at the pool dont even live in these apartments, its not that great. They provide furnishing which is decent if you get the new stuff. The gym is the size of my closet.Oh and even though they just retiled the kitchen the floor in there is still falling! Overall IT IS NOT WORTH THE $$$!
