I moved in here because the rent didn't seem too high and I loved the lay-out, but after living here for 7 months I can safely say "DO NOT LIVE HERE" The management never follows through with anything, we've been waiting for HUGE chunks out of our kitchen floor that we've cut ourselves on to be replaced for the whole 7 months. The appliances are old and don't work well. The residents are all college kids and not freindly at all. It feels like living in a dorm the way that the management has hold over you. They fine you 100 dollars for trivial things without warnings, which they say they provide. Parking is fine, but thats the only thing. Reliable internet is nonexistant. The company they used went bankrupt and no one got refunds, but had to find their own internet hook ups. The utility package saves you no money! So if you're looking for something worth your money...don't live here!
