so-so apartments, much better out there

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
1. The management is crap, they make you feel guilty for filling out a work order.
2. The apartments are nice though, thick walls and good structure.
3. Good proximity to campus and commercial property ie grocery, gas, etc
4.WAY OVERPRICED apartments for Athens. Furnished with terrible furniture. No garbage disposal or washing machine.
5. Ask local college students where there are better apartments...anyone will help you.
6. Don't live here.
