Ok for the price, rather noisy

I lived below the loudest drunks ever. They would stay up till 6am even on week nights yelling and breaking things. I called the police 3 times for noise and twice becuase peoplr were fighting. The apartment eventually evicted them but it was after 9 months of this going on everynight. I would recomend this apartment if you get the third floor.
