I read this site before signing my lease & had true concerns. But I am a Graduate student and they try to make a nice place for those not looking to party and I have been very satisfied so far. No parking problems, great bus service, quick response time by the staff! I'm glad I didn't let the negatives from this website scare me away. Oh, and if you complain about the noise- you probably shouldn't live in Athens, GA!
