I have lived here for a year now, and UC offers a lot of offers to keep costs down. My rent isn't bad at all, and if you re-sign your lease for the next year, your rent won't increase. I think it is a good deal. The apartments are typical college apartments. They aren't the nicest, but the office staff and maintenance is efficient I think.
