Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Lived in a 2 BR for 2 years, moving in, I was placed in a different apartment, everything broken and horrible. The second try was better, but they clearly don't make cleaning a priority between residents. Lots of little problems, dishwasher leaks, sink faucet leaks, water pipes break, etc.
If you're moving out of the dorm and need a furnished place, this place is great- individual leases, etc. However, if you are above the age of 21- this place isn't the greatest ever. Save your money, sign a lease elsewhere with a trustworthy person and buy some cheap furniture at IKEA.
P.S. the pool is nice enough but needs a locked gate to keep OTHERS OUT. Parking was never a problem. Not the worst experience ever, good for starting out students.
