Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Our apartment was in a poor condition with damages to the carpet, the furnitures, the closet and the appliances.
Events occured:
Leaking of water from bathroom to the bedroom closet.
Flooding of kitchen and living room by the washing machine.
Confusing our utility meter with the one upstairs for more than a year! We had to pay for the dripping water upstaris for months after those people moved out.
The treadmill in the fitness room suddenly stopped when people were running on it. It was never fixed!
The swimming pool had never been cleaned.
Fortunately it was only my secondary and temperorary apartment. However, the most outrageous thing was:
The leasing office charged me fees that I had already paid 6 months after I left the apartment!
