CAREFUL, watch out for an inferior apartment home and watch for hidden fee's they will charge you with upon leaving. If they cause the damage they will tell you to charge your insurance company. BAD BAD BAD

All of the management staff here at Lakeside read this comment and have no idea what you are talking about. I think you may have us confused with someone. To our knowledge we haven't charged any one a fee and told them to turn it over on their insurance. Any charges given to a resident here at Lakeside is something that the resident and or guest in the apartment damaged. ALL residents are given written notices and emails stating if the apartment isn't cleaned they will be charged cleaning charges after move out.
Hope you have a better experience than where ever it was you were living.

you failed to mention what you got charged for... and i live in lakeside and the only fee i had to pay upon moving in was the conservice fee, and if you would have read your lease clearly it states there will be a small fee to set up a conservice account, just like you would have to do if you set up an account with the electric or water company
