I don't know where to start. Fisrt off, the buildings themselves are worthless. Upon first glance they dont appear to be too bad, but a closer view reveals that the buildings are weathered and unkempt. Furthermore, the only thing good about the staff are the student workers. All the "adult" members of the staff, who hold higher positions, care more about you renewing your lease than solving the real problems at hand. Also, as for the pool and hot tub, I feel as though more times than none, they closed for some sort of renovation or someone who lives here messed something up. I put in three maintenance orders the other day. One was completed, with the others left completely untouched. I, for one, could not be more ecstatic about moving out of this place!

We are sorry to hear that you will not be staying another year with us here at Lakeside. I looked up work orders for your apartment for the month of June and only found 3 that your roommate called in and they were all three completed to his satisfaction. There were not any work orders logged from you. Please give us a call and we would be glad to take care of any work orders. We apologize for them not getting logged and taken care of immediately. There was a bit of an inconvenience with the main pool back in May of this year. We do apologize for that. There were repairs out of our control that needed to be fixed. The whole time the main pool was down we had the smaller pool open for residents to use. If you have any futher problems or concerns we would love for you to come by the office and address them. We want the remainder of your lease here at Lakeside to be a positive experience.
