My husband & I haved lived here a year and a half and we love it. It's a quiet area and there's always parking in front of our apartment. They repainted the doors and shutters this year and replaced the roofs. They remade the pool area and relanscaped the entire complex. It's also close enough to walk to the bus stop for Athens Transit #12 to UGA.

Before the end of our year lease agreement, I started looking for other apartments to see if I might like somewhere else better, but I couldn't find anything else of the same quality that had two bedrooms, a washer & dryer, and similar proximity to school at a comparable price range.

The maintenance has been good, they have come out every time, the day after we notify them.

If you're looking for a place to live, I highly recommend Cross Creek!
