I lived in Cross Creek for one year, and it was great.
Very quiet, very nice management, and the owner was always truly kind and concerned about us.
It was me, and Italina girl, and a Pakistani guy, so he would always check to make sure we were doing allright, that we did not need anything.
He changed all appliances prior to our arrival, so we had nice stove, microwave, dishwasher, wash and drier.
I would fully recommend it.
Actually, bugs can truly be a problem, we had several scorpions, but we did some research and found out they are not harmful.
The management always sent pest control whenever we requested.
