Substandard housing in general; Good deal for messy hippies and people with lots of pets. Low key living, very pet friendly, hardwood floors, good ventilation windows, quiet neighborhood, dog runs, biking/walking distance to most places, well insulated-low power bills. Super lousy maintenance staff. Tight-assed,commercially oriented non-flexible office staff- stay on your toes with your contracts/check-in forms or they will take you for every penny. People with pets take what they can get unfortunately. Not great,but a good value for people with animals.
