In order to appreciate how crappy this place is, you really must look past the seemingly nice surface. All the 'amenities' they lure you in with are really a joke. For instance, the gym's equipment is old, crappy, and/or broken.

Staff is really friendly, right up until you sign your name to the lease. A few are nice, but the manager and assistant manager are really horrible people. They're clearly trying to get more students in order to fill the place up. The result is that the place is full of retarded pricks from Atlanta who have no respect for others.

Walls are so thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbor taking a piss. Not to mention every footstep sounds someone is stomping on the floor. When my neighbor's phone rings, it sounds like my phone is ringing. It's really insane. Of course, they'll tell you that it's well-insulated. Don't believe it.

Looks pretty good from the outside, but that's about it.
