We will be out in a couple of weeks after staying a year here. There is a big problem with dog poop being everywhere you look, and it usually sounds like a dog kennel outside with all the barking. The management sent a notice warning about fines for not cleaning up after pets which did no good. I agree with the glass bottle problem by the pool. Any rules or requests are usually ignored by residents here. I had neighbors who loved to have loud get togethers on their balcony at 1:00 am in the morning. Don't get an apartment where you have to parrallel park, you'll never find a space! If you use the movie theater lock the doors! Everytime we used it people would just come in to show their friends or to get ice. They didn't knock or care that we were in the middle of a movie. The office staff has recently changed so I don't know much about them, although they seemed friendly the one time I saw them. The two guys that come to fix anything in the apartment are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious atleast in the 2BR/2BA apts. This is probably one of the better apartments in Athens from what I've seen so I do have to recommend it for that reason.
