I lived at fairways for a year. The apartments are beautiful and amenities are nice. I never had problems with any of the other tenants as far as noise or feeling unsafe. Complaints are minimal. When I first moved in, the ceiling fan stopped working and wasn't fixed until after I moved out a year later (friends, who remained in the apartment after I moved, let me know it was finally fixed...though too late for me). Also, I definitely saw way too many "W" stickers on vehicles for my taste, but we were in Georgia after all. Parking became a small issue, though not so upsetting.

As far as others' problems with walls being too thin, I never noticed that. The apartments have a nice layout, and the kitchens are great.
