While I see many negative comments posted about this complex, I am wondering what those tenants expected. Yes, you are leasing an apartment, not buying a 2000 sq ft home on a 5 acre lot. In any apartment complex you should expect to hear SOME noise from neighbors, but I must rave that even that was kept to a minimal here. Out of every complex I've ever lived in this is by far the quietest. Also, I don't understand the obnoxious college student complaints either, seeing as how all my neighbors are either working full time or grad students. While there is some dog poop in the grassy areas, that's just the price you have to pay for living in one of the few nice complexes that allows pets. Also, I was lucky enough to rent an apartment near the entrance where there is more than enough parking, so luckily that was never an issue for me. Overall, I love the Fairways and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape the noise of a rowdy college town.
