I have lived in the "Fairways at Jennings Mill" for over three years now. I simply can't wait to get out. The walls are so thin you can literally know everything about your neighbors without ever meeting them. The worst part about it all is that I moved in when I was student with a 10 percent discount and now that I am a working adult my rent has gone up over 300 dollars. Do not sign a lease here! You will regret it. Every six months the rent goes up 20 to 40 dollars, and the place is poorly built, the people are rude and stuck up, and there is always something broken. This is a brand new facility that apparently was built in two days. It looks good on the outside but just wait! It is not worth the money, and the people who run it don't care if you are happy or not, just as long as they get their money.
